yeah, really no obvious reason why the µtorrent guys shouldnt be able to accomplish the same, its still rather early in the race though :)

Upload problem fixed here at last- for good, after trying many things with peer exchange on and off... it does seem negatively affecting uploads when turned on, but disabling doesn't do any big favour.
The solution was rather simple- I have again a blue frog on my system tray...
If the frog is too huge, and threatens to sink your taskbar to the abyss, then μTorrent 1.3.0 works "almost" fine... maybe 1.4.X will as well sometime, just not yet...

OK, to be fair, the guy might not do anything questionable in his coop with the antipiracy group (although his claim that he did not know that the contract he signed was with an anti-piracy group, or rather the BIGGEST european anti-piracy group is downright ridiculous...), but anyway, it's better to be safe than sorry... or not?
