Nice to see that "DHT got stuck in" fix (yes, DHT wasn't really working-yet), and "unicode" means no support for Windows 9X/ME anymore (personally I don't care at all about that).

Ok i rebooted at the end and this is really the masterpiece of a client couse doing something heavy while azerous was working was meaning to have a crawling mashine, now everything is ok and fast.
Best torrent client-easily:) :) :) :) :) :)

On the new beta uPnP isn't working again! The tracker shows me up as firewalled...
Port forwarding manually partially solves the problem: The upload speeds are still extremely poor, compared to good BT clients. Since I begun testing it, my ratio on my preferred site is going downhill with remarkable speed.
And that's not all: The new, "unicode" version fails to recognize already downloaded files which contain non-ASCII characters!
Sorry, but no more betatesting for me. This client is still very amateurish, plain and simple. Maybe our definitions of a "masterpiece" don't matchup exactly!

µtorrent-1.2.3-beta-358

Changes(pasted from µtorrent forum)

This version of 1.2.3 works both with Windows 9x/ME and 2K/XP. Of course, unicode works only on 2K/XP.

Please note that significant changes have been made to the 9x/ME code (It supports both ANSI/Unicode from the same executable), so things might have broken.

The torrent maker wasn't working in the previous beta. The new beta also enhances support for chinese torrents.

:)

Build 380 admittedly works quite well. I have even tried it on my main Linux (via Wine)- the UI loads up perfectly, but that is that: I cannot download a single byte! :D
When run natively, it's the next best thing to Azureus- ATM.

Tried it, and despite (I believe) correctly setting my router to forward the incoming port, I saw no incoming connections, only outgoings.

Didn't fill in the "my IP" bit, as the FAQ's say the tracker should work with NAT anyway.
