ok, i figure out what the problem is; the consultant who installed the hd for me put the hd directly to the motherboard instead of through the ide card that came with the HD;that's why it didnt see pass the 137 gig limit; ...
no, actually it's brand new motherboard my consultant picked up for me; the ide card came with the western digital hd so it didnt cost me anything, but it's good that i learn it can be done via bios upgrade and ide driver update as well.Duracell said:How does your postings match?
