Wich player is the best, difficult decision?
First this, everyone who has a player finds it most of the time the best. But this is what i find of it.
WinAmp 3 rubbish, too many bugs for now, it's becoming too bulky also. winAmp 2.81, way better, sounds good, even better with dfx, if you are a plugin-lover or like visualisation's, this is the buff. QCD, is becoming a nice player, neat search-function, sounds good, but it is slowingdown my system quite a bit (P2-350 with winXP (all resource-sucker's off)). Musicmatch jukebox 7.2 if you like it easy, cd-ripping, mp3-converting, cd-burning, nice database, sounds good too, but likes also resources. Now...., i like freeAmp (now ZINF (see conger's post)), because of it's exelent quality decoding, and the explorer-style based database and playlist (yes, i like explorer's hé, hé). It's lite on resources, so if you have not a "superdupermostheavydroolover" system like me, you be able too surf the net without uninterrupted music, also it has a nice ienieweeniee tiny -but compleet- gui. No visualisation's, but hey, who need's them? (if i wanna see something, i watch the telly). So, now i'm going to install ZINF to see what is happend too my favorite player. Have fun, bye.
