you paid for the PC, you have warranty, so this is the way to go; print out the arguments below:
1. you get BSODs wile burning; the BSODs blame your sound card driver; so it's strongly recommended to move the sound card from PCI slot 2 to PCI slot 1 or 5, then it won't share it's IRQ anymore;
2. all burner fabricators recommend to setup the burner as master and the DVD-ROM as slave, so this should be fixed in your system;
3. if these both drives are connected with a 80-wired cable, it should be swapped for a 40-wired IDE cable, because the ATAPI standard is still limited to 40-wired IDE cables;
4. Intel Application Accelerator should be uninstalled and MS standard drivers used instead, because IAA often causes problems while burning;
