Many PS2 backups, screen is flickering on 2 games... ?

I am not sure if there is a program to do that, but look for one at

they have a ton of programs for burning PS2, PSX, XBOX, Dreamcast, Etc.

Um, i stated there IS software to do this. did you even read the post above yours? "NTSCONV" is the program, but it only worked a few times. most of the time it doesnt though. but it did pull though on 2 out of 5 backups.
