What's the best program to make and print covers for slimline CD-boxes on "normal" paper?

Help! My Kav as above has expired some days ago and is no loger possible to update. Is there anything I can do to "refresh" it or must I replace it with an other simular program.

How can I make a CD with pictures that can be used in a computer without extra programs like ACD, PhotoShop etc. I know that Easy CD Cremator has a program for it but I refuse to have that program in my computer. Using mostly Nero.

I make CD's myself from old LP's using latest NTI CD Maker 2000 PRO burned with a LiteON 24/10/40. Just started to use WaveLab instead of CoolEdit 1.2a and I agree that it is superior but more complicated to use. I should have use of a manual even if it is for the 3.0 version. Somebody knows where to get it?

Looking for Pristine Sounds 2000 (any version) which is said to be the superior program for cleaning *.wav-files when transferring LP to CD
