ZA Pro and Kazaa

I have probably got mine set up wrong, but all I do is tick local and Internet and put red crosses next to act as a server.
I have shared quite a few.
But I don't have the newest version? I am still using the last one.

Same problem here

I got ZA pro v.3.0 and KazaaLite (spyware free). No matter how I'm configuring ZA, Kazaa will not even open. Absolutely nothing happens when I click on the icon. But if I close down ZA, - vupti, Kazaa opens immediately.

That's bad:mad:

Have contacted the "father" of KazaaLite for a comment on this, but so far (after two days) I got no response :rolleyes:

So, sorry trickmaster25, I do not got an answer for you, but at least you now know that your not alone.

Anybody in this forum got comments or good ideas?

Have tried all

I have tried everything within ZA, including allowing Kazaa access and to act as a server, closing down ALL in ZA. KazaaLite will not open unless I completely close down ZA:(

Add.: Zver, I'll try to make a new mail for the auther of KazaaLite, informing that the problem is not only with ZA, but also with Sygate. Seems he missed something there.

same as sygate...Fynny thing is that i didnt have trouble with kazaa and zapro,but with sygate same as you!!!

Have contacted the auther of KazaaLite

(S)He must the most competent person to come up with an answer. I have also informed about our forum here. Let's give him/her 1-2 days to answer. As soon as I hear anything, I'll let you know.

Yeah Joripe, and that one is full of spyware. Our problem is that we want to run the spyware free KazaaLite from h**p://ww.refosearch.tk/, but that modified version seems to have a serious problems with fire-walls. (It leaves us right now with 2 choices: Trojan-horses or spyware:D )

There is a new installer available for KaZaA Lite at h**p://www.kazaalite.tk

This hopefully solves the problem with ZoneAlarm Pro and Sygate firewalls.
If not, you probably configured your firewall wrong.

Also, a firewall I can highly recommend:
Kerio Personal Firewall (formerly Tiny PF)
It's freeware and can be downloaded at h**p://www.kerio.com

Much better than ZoneAlarm.
