i heard about some DDoS attacks on some UK servers but that cannot be all ...
all bigger irc networks have netsplits between all servers, sometimes i couldn't connect to the forum in the last time and i've been kicked of the irc.cdrsoft.cc server som times ...
i hope some of you have more information
