XP Question

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here is my question.

I am changing MB and do not want to format "which registry key(s) do I delete to avoid conflict after installing new MB?

Thank you in advance,

new mobo

Recently I changed my mobo from as oyo intel to an intel-intel. No corruption, instability or compatibility issues. You should be o.k. I think.:)

No need to change registry keys... I've cloned my HD from a Intel i830 to a i845MP and a i830 to a SIS 645 chipset and I already discovered the correct way to do it since all you have to do is
goto Device Manager and change the HDD aka IDE controller from whatever is displayed for both the controller name and the Primary/Secondary back to Standard using update drivers and it will work. If you don't, you'll get BSOD because Windows is looking for the old IDE controller and will just crash.
