after installing xp pro from full install disk and not upgrade.were is the tweakui icon?does this need to be installed seperate?
also how do i stop the welcome screen at bootup?

U will have to download the XP tweakUI powertoys here

There are a few of them, but all U should need is tweakUI

Yes- control panel/user accounts/change the way users log- now you have the good, old 2000-style login box.
For setting autologin after you have installed dot net framework open the short command window (left windows key+r) and type in "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes).
First pick up your user, then untick the box "users must type in a pass" and press apply. You'lll be prompted for the user password, insert it and now autologin is enabled.
Mind you that autologin is a big security compromise though.

If you install Tweakui you can set autologon directly from it.

It doesn't work after you have installed dot net framework... only before installing it and creating those silly net passport user accounts.
