XP keygen & winupdate

Guys I was wondering if I am using a new generated corp key from the blue list keygen is it safe for me to go to windows update or not.


any info would greatly appreciated

I plan to use my Win2k drive to download updates for WinXP through the Windows Update Catalog. Hopefully, it'll still be doable after Sept 9 or that OCT thing.

downloading XP udates from a Win2k machine? is that not going to flag u automatically?? if M$ is as hellbent as they r appearing to be on finding pirated software dont u think they will have thought of this idea and watch for it??? after all, what reason would u have to download an XP update if ur running 2K?? seems obvious to me it would ojnly mean whoever is taking the download has a pirated version of XP someplace..... altho doing it frm a machine at a workplace or sumthin would make it harder for anyone to pinpoint who did it

i still dont think with all that m$ has been able to accomplish i would mess with them.....let someone else find the fix and i'll be glad to share it....lol

If the Win2k way of getting updates doesn't work in the future... It's almost certain though, that someone with a legit activated copy of WinXP will be able to download updates via update catalog, it's just a matter of where it'll be uploaded so it can be downloaded.
