Write DVD track to CDR

Hello,

It might be a stupid question, but can I write a DVD- creation (Ulead DVD Factory) to a CDR, so it is in DVD- format ?
I mean, is it possible to write such a "real" DVD- track without using (S)VCD format ?

some peoples call them "Mini DVD"; some DVD standalone players will play them, but most will not;
