winrar compression

whats the best compression i can get on 2 programs adding upto 6meg?what settings do i use so that its in one rar file?
are there any other programs that compress better than winrar?

reading some articles not so long back WINACE came out tops using maximum compression

but there is nothin to stop you experimenting

I think its winrar... Now before you all post anything I backed up a game that about 700MB it was compressed at 19MB.. yeah its a shock same here..

How I did it I have no idea just left the original settings...
If you need proof I can but screendumps if you require...

It doesent depend on compressing app,it depends what do you compress..Like the guy compressed original wavelab4 at 20 kb
