Winlogon.exe error after SP1 1068

After I updated my VLK, I installed SP1 1068. But when I restarted I got the following error:

winlogon.exe
Entry Point not found.

The procedure entry point AssocIsDangerous could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll

So I had the put my ghost image back.

Does anyone have a clue?
