Windows 2000 advanced server and IEEE1394!!!

I have dual boot. Windows XP Pro and W2000 Advanced Server. In WXP I can use my Firewire port (the audigy one) as a network card from scratch (I even don't need to install drivers, it supports it nativly) BUT the D A M %¤@£$ W2K doesn't see it as a network card. What is the problem? I was thinking W2k had this support also! WME has it.

H E E E E E E E E E L P !!!!!

I NEED this as I don't have network card now in my system because my 3Com died 2 weeks ago and its in RMA.

I had the same problem with winxp
and then i read an article

Thanks Telios, but I think there is not answer to this situation, the problem apears to be that W2k doesn't suport IP over IEEE1394 adapters (firewire). So not support=screwed. The only way to make it work is installing a product like Firenet but I have not found the damn serial still.
