the direct links were certainly no intention, I forget that from time to time, just two days ago I again posted direct links and then edited the post. sorry about that.
hmm, what exactly do you mean by "everyone"? and what do you mean by "brave"? I don't think I get it. if you think that I believed that i would get more hits because NB's site was closed, I can assure you, I really don't care. At the beginning my site meant much to me, but after one and a half years it started to get on my nerves, this is for sure. the only thing that prevents me from closing it is the very reason why I created this website: namely to create an alternative to the popups infected websites all over the net.
apart from that, I didn't promote my website. promoting means including it in the signature and telling everyone about it, even if none wants to know. I only mentioned it if somebody searched for a specific product which is available on my site. You see, I have nothing from promoting my site, since I don't get any money, no matter how many visitors I get, be it 1 or 1 mio.
But you are right saying that this discussion should end. after all, discussion implies the willingness to discuss on both sides, and a more mature way (if not a more intelligent one). Neither NB's reply to my post nor his deletion of my account prove in anyway that I am wrong. I am always prepared to discuss things and am prepared to accept the contra-arguments of the opponent, if they are objective and to the point. I wouldn't call "go fu..k yourself" an argument, it's just an insult and certainly proves nothing. Nor do I see any connection between my post and the deletion of my account, unless one interprets this as an unwilligness to discuss problems, but rather to avoid them, in which case the discussion is indeed over before it even had begun.
