The new Ontrack Easy Recovery is a very GOOD option.

It is a good app but as Poko says, installing after the event will be very unlikely to recover the data.

In fact, if you have made any changes to your system -D/L new software, extracted a file or worst of all Defragged - the chances aint good m8

Guys, if ur OS is either Windows 95 or 98, there is another very small software named Recover 4 all. It's a nice software. Using it for few months and quite satisfied with the result. The only problem - If anything is written on that place ur gone. Though this happens with all such software.

There is a SEPERATE recovery pgm. The Utility pgm and others did not work for me. Clean Disk Security does not work either.
