What is the best Divx encoder?

Can anyone tell me what the best divx encoding program is, I have vidomi at the moment but would like to try others to compair the quality.

Try with Gordian Knot.

You can fit a 2+ hour movie onto one cd by reducing the resolution and using smaller bitrates for the video/audio.

the best divx encoding program is "DivX Video Duplicator Pro" it is no doubt the best in my view. you can fit a 2 hour film on an 80min cd at 720 resolution it comes out perfect quality

i got the best result(lots) follow this tutorial!!

editing:
i never see tutorials like CM,all works.
i got in 2 x 700mb cdr the woodstock 69(the new with more time)
with this tutorial,and the audio with 160kb!
fantastics audio and video!
and with subs in portuguese and english(vidomis way)
and more others.

The actual DivX codec does 99% of the work and one DivX movie from 2 different programs using IDENTICAL settings (though not always possible) will result in the same quality final DivX.

Basically the best program is the one that works for you. Some like the simplicity of Vidomi, some like the fiddling you can do in Gordian Knot. End result is the same.
