Undying

I just reinstalled Undying. It's an awesome single player FPS, on par with Half-Life in terms immersive gameplay, only with a completely different story. I've yet to complete it, but have my game saved on a disc.

Set in Ireland , you are a specialist in ways of the occult, trying to uncover the reason for the haunting of your old friend's huge estate. Great graphics with painstaking attention to environmental detail, awesome sound-effects, superb AI, and decision-making at every turn all contribute to an atmosphere that make this one of the very best FPS games I've ever played. This game actually can creep you out a bit, at least, it did me.

Agreed! An excellent game, that is the most unique FPS out there. It has an intriguing story (by Clive Barker) that is unfolded throughout the game. Although not well known, it is in fact based on a Steven Spielberg short story/concept. It is a game that gives you chills up your spine as you play!

I see it often in the big savings/bargain sections for $10-15 USD (it is 2 years old after all ;))

Cool! If you're a gamer you definitely need to check this link out. It is a very good representation of what the game looks, feels, and sounds like. Keep in mind that it's a FPS. In my opinion, It's a highly underrated game.

I agree about Undying, when I first gave it a go I thought it was crap, but I stuck with it and it turned out to be v.good. very atmospheric, (frightened the life out of me in some scenes) play it in the dark with headphones on!
Currently playing Unreal 2 (when I can get it to play) :mad:

Im on The Thing &JediKnight 2.Im still crap at both , but makin a name as a good playa in da second1:)Ohh & Max Payne 2.Big John Woo Fan & of HK Movies:)Used 2 plat a lot of Quake3, but not now.Can i just put in a vote 4 the best scary game of all tim.Mines is System Shock 2, hated half life, but loved Shock :):D
