afaik there are many good ones, but it depends where you live, i got a really good one (german):

conditions for the best tarif are: (i got that one too)
1 .de Domain
400 MB Webspace
1000x POP3 eMail
CGI & PHP & SSI
30 mb mySQL database
5 GB Traffic (if you have a very popular site perhaps not enough)
for 3,49 Euros per month
and quite fast, one day they had a server prob and a few timeouts but the rest of the time it runs very smooth
don't know about other hosting (in other countries)

It looks too good to be true, so it probably is! - any experts here herad of them, know any sites that use them, or trace back the name registration?
