Are there any good/cheap hosts that support subdomains for domains u register with them?

eg.
cdrsoft.cc has forum.cdrsoft.cc

subdomain1.domain.com
subdomain2.domain.com
subdomain3.domain.com

Do i get referals ?? just mention cdrtimes.com or the1eng when you sign up
They are cheap, there support sucks, but i have been with them 6 months now, suffered a bit of downtime with them, but hey, there cheap !!
