let's say i want to share my download with others in this forum. can i do that ? if so, can i upload to this forum ?

If the file is small enough you can upload it as an attachment, the max file size is shown on the page, usually just cracks etc are uploaded this way.

There is no way to upload large files as the forum is just a collection if pages and database.

If there is something you feel would be beneficial, why not contact one of the Administrators, NB may want it for the main site
