Two questions regarding XP SP1 slipstreaming???

1. Does slipstreaming SP1 on the corp. version of XP Pro make it into a retail version of XP Pro?
2. After slipstreaming SP1 the menu under 'Perform additional tasks' includes 'Install .NET Framework' which does nothing, I read on the net that someone fixed this by adding some .net files to the new iso, any help?:mad: :(
