TMPEG converting without stopping

Hi,

I using the TMPEG Plus 2.5 to convert AVI to MPEG1, however,
I observed that even after successfully convert the AVI to MPEG1,
it does not stop when the AVI movie ended, it just make the final
MPEG1 file size bigger like 1.7G for a 700M AVI file.

When I view it, the whole movie is fine, however, most of the part at the end is nothing.

In addition, I can't heard any sound, anything wrong ?

Why ? Any setting in the TMPEG that I miss out that
is causing this problem ?

No sound; probably due to VBR mp3 audio.
Not stopping at end; try using the source range setting.

The MPG will generally be bigger as AVI's usually use a lower average bitrate.
