Hey Ya'll.
I am finally up and starting to get back into the swing of things. For awhile I was very ill, and my heart wasn't going to let me go on much longer. The doctors pulled hard for me, and started me at the hospital for 5 hours of infusions once a week. Then, through just about an act of congress they got insurance to approve a defibrillator/ pacemaker/ heart resynchronization device. I had the surgery 10 days ago. They put the device in just under my collar bone and ran four wires through veins and attach them to my heart. They fire off when I need them to. Immediately I stopped turning blue all the time. I can walk across the room now without losing my breath. Today I had the staples removed and can sort of lift my left arm again.
This device is a bit of a miracle, and I am now the bionic woman!!!!
Happy to be up and running again.
Hugs and kisses to you all.
Janie
