I know you're a junior here, but please don't just ask questions here that have an easy answer. You're asking about a product that gives you the information you're looking for in it's readme file or on their website.
Just to simplify it more, it is works under these OSes:
Windows 95; Windows 98; Windows 2000 Professional; Windows Me; NT 4.0
If yours isn't working, try reinstalling it or perhaps there is a missing file (if you got a pirated/cracked version). Otherwise try OmniPage pro.
