svcd to vcd

tabriz, yes that can work for some but do not confuse the fact that what you have made is a very good quality MPEG1, NOT a VCD as you stated. Nero will absolutely never burn these files as a compliant VCD, therefore, refer to them as what they are, XVCD's.
 
Ok. I did the way that HarryUk said to do it and when I played the file that I got from Tmpeg on the computer it was fine (of course) but when I burned it to cd and played it in my standalone dvd player it did play, which I never did get it to before, but.....

The picture was to the left, shrunken down, and would drop frames and I mean pretty much big time dropping frames like it was going on pause for a second. I know the answer to this question is probably buy a new dvd player, but I would hit to quit now when I am sooo close at getting this to work. If anyone wants to new the dvd player is a Pioneer DV 414. By the way, thanks for the help everyone. With out this forum I would of never been able to watch my svcd's to vcd.
