Super Format v2.7 for floppy disks

Found this and it seems to work well. It gives you a bit extra space on a floppy disk, taking its capacity to a useable 1.66Mb.

Its freeware, so no need to send the CdrSoft forum boys round to beat me up for posting warez :D

Hope it's useful to someone.

It's damn useful when i ""stole"" little files on my old computer :)
You mean "store" don't you :D :D :D

Depending upon the types of files stored, the time taken for file transfer to\from such floppies may increase dramatically due to compression\decompression involved.

Did a LOT of format tweaking in my old DOS/Win3.1 days

My favoured program - NFORMAT
My favoured format(s)
1. Standard, but optimally sector-skewed at track steps to avaoid wasted rotation (make VERY fast boot floppies!)
2. NOT the 21 setctor interleaved (half speed) format, but a 20 sector non-interleaved - with optimal skew - needs a driver in DOS, but may read in Win9x without - transfer FASTER than standard!
