Sound out of Sync

Hello all, i need some help ive got this film i need to put to Dvd
I tried it last night using NeroVision Express and the first half played really well in my dvd player , tho the second half was out of sync.
Do i have to put the whole film through DrDivx then burn it?
or do i use Virtual dub only its very frustrating and getting costly experimenting with Blank dvd's
The film is a divx type one and im using a dvd+r rewriter

I would suggest that you try something other than Nero to convert. Checkout the tutorials section.

There are dozens of threads here all complaining of out of sync conversion when using NeroVision Express. Unfortunately all of Nero's conversion tools suc big time, stick to using Nero for burning ONLY !

I hd this problem solved with Nero but forget how I did it. I do remmber that I had to move go AC3 from LPCM audio. Now I have Nero 6 and am back
to this problem on another computer. I downloaded a codec that let
me change the audio to AC3 I believe and then sync was perfect.
Does anyone have any idea what codec program I might have used to do this?
Now the feature in the video preferences is grayed out so I need something.
When I convert DIVX to DVD+RW I get that problem...the lips are ahead of the tips of the tongue !

Nerovision 6 sync problem

You have to change the audio format from the LPCM to AC3. Again I did that at one point but forget how I did it. But this will end any out of sync problems with NeroVision.
