smartripper key not found

i got this nice dvd "take the money and run". usually i rip it with SmartRipper and process it further with Vidomi and DivX. But SmartRipper told me "key not found". so i tried DVD Decrypter and the result was a huge .iso and a .mds file, which doesn´t fit to Vidomi.
is there a possibility to get .vob files from DVD Decrypter?
or do you know another dvd ripper to get .vob files?
or which software processes .iso and .mds files and produced .avi files?

Hi andika7!

since i suppose you legally own "take the money and run",
there are two paths you can choose,

either you mount the .iso with DaemonTools, which gives you a virtuall
CD Drive with the usual vobs and ifos.

Or you use DVDDecrypter in FileMode:
DVDDecrypter->Mode->File, then it just extracts the vobs and ifos as plain files to your harddisk, which then can be processed as usual!

ifo file contains all info on ur vobs ....if u open an ifo file ,say with media player classic,u will be able 2 play the whole movie,without having 2 open each vob file individually 4 viewing ;) hope i understood ur question..

Not what I meant. When you use IFO mode in DVDDecrypter it will select the main movie by default and rip only that.

Seeing as how you are only going to be re-encoding the movie, that is the best mode to use. File mode, you rip the entire DVD.
