I take my screenshots by hitting the printscreen key, opening Photoshop, pasting and resizing to roughly 80%.

Keeps is quality that way and remains a small size :).

Tried it, only 92k jpg, not working. Wonder if it has anything to do with my firewall at work? I will try to upload from home.
