I keep getting a DVD Decrypter error when i try to decrypt it ( i am using the most current version)

any ideas on a way around this?

Unrecovered Read Error = dirty or scratches on disc. Try cleaning the disc if that don't work the disc is to damage to be backed up. To clean it I use just soap and water and let it dry by it self. It might still play with out a problem but it can't be BU.
