Sample Rate Problems

I have an AVI file with an audio sample rate of 22050hz which I'm trying to convert using DVD2SVCD & CCE. When bbMPEG kicks in it states it can't read the audio and no muxed file is created. How do I sort this audio? Can I resample it before I try to encode so bbMPEG works and if so what do I need?

How do I re run bbMPEG to create the muxed file? I've converted the audio file to 4800hz and DVD2SVCD has created almost every file I need except for the muxed file.

You dont really need the Muxed file, its only used to do a final check on. Simply author you 48khz converted file with the encoded *.mpv file in TMPGEnc DVD Author and do the final check on the VOB files before burning.

Sorry due to the forum you posted in I assumed you were converting to (S)VCD.

As said no need to multiplex as most authoring apps expect ES streams anyway.
