[Safedisk] Fifa 2002

I've succesfully copied fifa2002 using asus 20x10x40.
However the game does not run under winxp
Any clues??

Yahoo for Asus I have the Asus CRW-4012 and its the ultimate butta cutta(better drive than LiteOn for cd copy protection). I don't use WinXP for gaming so I has no clue as to why your backup won't play Did you try both drives?
Did you use Asus to read image or your DVD/CD-Rom? Curious....

yup. tried it on a win9x system. works like charm.
But doesn't work on my winXP

i got he s,ame prob when i copied the rogue spear games and cracked them before the actuall burning it works great on 98 but if i try them on 2k or xp they wont work its because the original told the computer it was original and the copies dont contain that info so xp wont load them

and i copied that game on my lite on its a 40x 12 x 50 x and it has never miss coppied any game nomatter what the protectin

If you have the original cd, it is suggested you install from the drive you're going to make the backup from. Example: I own a Asus CRW-4012a and I recently backed up Warcraft III. I first installed the game with my Asus on WinXP, then made my backup and the backup plays just fine. It is important to install the original image FIRST before backing up. Just make sure you install from the drive you choose to read the image file. Most people use their cdrw I also heard via grapevine some people have troubles with because their video card drivers are'nt up to date, especially for WinXP. You can go to CNet cathup and allow them to scan your c drive and you'll know if your video card needs updated.
