Well jasmin checked the programm you attached but got read errors (which is the protection I think).Anyway still trying..

Maybe HD-Copy will work for you. It's an old DOS program for making & copying floppy images and non-standard formatting. It's cardware and freely distributable. Search for HDCOPY.ZIP or here's a link to a complete version :

Well thanx cobo for your utility but it doesn't work.I got sector errors...
Probably it's the protection I think.

And this may be stupid, but have you tried MSDOS diskcopy?
