Registry rebuilding on NTFS partition...

Hi,
My registry went wrong on my system, and I need to rebuild it from backup file I have created two days before.
The problem is, I have my system installed on NTFS partition, and so it is not usable under DOS.
Anybody have some idea, how to do it?
