Using swap magic 3 and have successfully backed up firefighter fd18 no probs with disc juggler. However, tried to back up red dead revolver using same method but only get as far as intro screen then when asked to press start the loading screen stays on and no more.

Red Dead backed up fine for me, might be the media you are using, I use dvd dycrytor and ritek go4's and im also using the swap magic disk I have had no problems.
