This is hardly DVD To DIVX/(S)VCD related so I'm moving this to PC hardware.
The real question - is the problem that it's not FINDING them, or that it's looking for them when it shouldn't be?
If you replaced a raid-equipped motherboard with a non-raid one (without re-installing), then it may be trying to talk to something that isn't there - at what point does it say this?
