with cdrwin,..what are the steps i must take in order to burn a bin files successfully!!!?

If you have the associated CUE file (common with CDRWin)...use Burnatonce instead. It's based on the same freeware code...athough CDRWin charges for it 
Install BAO, associate CUE, ISO, or TOC file (it's an install option). Click on the CUE, Burn, done!
