ghostscript / ghostview
ghostscript is the engine
ghostview is a graphical user interface (gui) for ghostscript

If you have acrobat, the acrobat distiller will convert a .ps file to .pdf for viewing using the acrobat viewer. But if you currently do not have it installed, just use ghostscript like what sergio says above
