problem with starting a program....

I have a problem with starting vietcong.exe, it says that it can't find start adress. What thoes that mean??? It allso says that it is a procedurestartadress and something like MEM_Log_Blocks@@YAXXZ in DLL-file logs.dll. It worked beafore I downloaded a update for it and installed it.
Please help!
