Problem with Nero 5.5.5.1 MPEG2 Plugin

HI folks. I download the Nero 5.5.5.1 MPEG2 Plugin from cdrsoft,
put the dlls into: /windows/system32 folder but nothing. Zero.
If any1 has an idea about the problem and his solution......
i would be greatfull 2 him.

i have the same problem but with a twist:
when i drag an avi file to the window it slices it to 4 min only
