PowerDVD XP v4.0 Update 2714 Problem

After applying the new update v2714 for PowerDVD when i load a dvd in to play and click on the play

Button the player just vanishes form the screen.. Gone .. Then restart program and will do the same

Uninstall and install previous version that worked OK and now does the same as v2714..

Will Not Work... ANY IDEAS

Sounds like your serial number was not very well liked by the update.
You can complain to the store you bought the software (or Cyberlink), and ask for a refund.
