I am having a hard time understanding how to post an image. Can someone step-by-step it for me?

And PLEASE, if you attach an image, use a reasonable size and compression - no raw Bitmaps please - JPEG, GIF or PNG are good, and the freeware Irfanview ( www.irfanview.com ) is a good program to compress them with (it can also crop screenshots, and by select and pixelate effect, mask out bits with private information).
The other way to do pictures, is to upload them to webspace that allows "remote linking" (most ISP webspace does, most free webspace providers do not), and then use an image link.
And a general note, please read rules regarding image content, and if an otherwise ok image contains text to an unacceptable site - eg. the gross-out site, R****N.COM, then please mask it.
