photo cd's

Can some one tell me how you can burn a photo cd
that will run in a standalone vcd player or a dvd player?

I have made a photo album with WinOnCd 5 (crap?) and the VCD runs fine in both DVD stand alone or DVD-Rom.

I guess it's the only one that you can add titles in every photo, and separate menus for each themes you need.

Was the best one I've used for newbie. You can add music and backgrounds . I use Philps tool kit now vary complex but after I learned how to use it theres nothing that can touch it

The new Apex dvd player i just got plays jpeg picture files. I think it's the 1100w model. I wonder why other dvd players won't do this?
