Phone dialers-removal help

Please can anyone recomend a program to get rid of a phone dialer(one of thos bad SEX ones), my brother in law has a rather nasty Phone bill . The program is active whenever I restart the computer and sits bottom Right on the taskbar.

I tried Lavasoft Addware, YAW, BP no luck.....tried searching the registery etc etc

They might put a registry in. Ad Aware got any of mine out.

They also install on/in DESKTOP vs a folder. Also ActiveX. That is the main pgm.

Do not delet DESKTOP till you write the name down and do a SEARCH for all files.
