whats the best programs for looking after your system ?spyware ,reg cleaners etc.

at the minute im using spybot ,ace utilities,ram cleaner ,norton 2004 and a good old defrag!is there better programs available?

The best progs are the ones that work best for you. I've tried alot and then there's still more out there. I use these.

Wow and I thought I used a lot of programs. I use:
Spybot-S&D
Ad-aware 6.0
Webroot Spy Sweeper
F-Secure Anti-Virus
MailWasher Pro
PestPatrol
Xp-Antispy
RegSupreme
And I use Mozilla cause I hate pop ups and spy cookies!!! I guess I do use a lot of stuff.

Mozilla Firefox and thats it...
Proxomitron to block ads, a good firewall, and a good AV.

You shouldn't need some "spyware remover" as spyware shouldn't be on you computer first For all your program needs, let down download.com and zdnet.com, go instead on sourceforge.net which is a great site for open source program. Ok sometimes its a pain to search because the search engine can't restrict the search to windows or linux or mac or... but that way you will NEVER get spyware on your computer
