pal to ntsc

I downloaded a svcd movie then i reencoded to dvd, but my dvd player wont pal it. it plays fine on the computer.

I get error not ntsc, from my dvd player

how can i turn it from pal into ntsc

any ideas,suggestions

I found some information concerning PAL to NTSC at another form.

If you look in the right places you can find a copy of NeoDVD Plus v5 that is mentioned in the above referenced posting at “aferdawn forum”. I located a copy and used it and the PAL/NTSC conversion results were successful.
