packard bell model # problem

i have a packard bell computer. I formated it and cant remember what modem driver i had installed. I need to find out my model no. so i can find out the name of my modem and download the driver from my office computer. so does any1 no how to find out the model #.

the model number should be on the case itself....and also on the monitor of a packard bell...do you still have the factory restore disk.....my old packard bell and most of them used the Rockwell Modem Drivers......-www.packardbell.com site should help you

Yup, if you know your PB model, email their technical support. They'll gladly assist you.

most use the minature modem im guessing that its prolly connextant or lucent as most sites ive looked at are connextant or lucent that ive looked at the one i took out of my other system here (packard bell) & its marked as CE168X!, i think this is the compliance mark !? as no other markings to indicate model tho :( so i would try a connextant driver found here ......

im sure that it will hurt to test one or both !? :)
